I’m always looking for an excuse to incorporate vegetables into my meals. Adding frozen cauliflower to smoothies is an amazing way to sneak in vegetables, and it helps to replace some of the ice. With the strong flavors of banana and peanut butter, you’ll never know it’s there!
Cauli-Mocha Banana Smoothie
You’ll fall in love with this gluten-free & dairy-free smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate collagen or protein powder (I used Superior Source Keto Collagen)
- Optional: Ice or additional milk, depending on how thick you like smoothies

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
